E_COMPILE_ERROR When Using PHP 7.4.6

  • I’m getting an E_COMPILE_ERROR now that I’ve upgraded to PHP 7.4.6. Is there a fix for this?

    Below are the details:

    WordPress version 5.4.2
    Current plugin: iThemes Security (version 7.7.1)
    PHP version 7.4.6 Error Details
    ============= An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 3 of the file /home/sitenamehere/public_html/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/core/modules/ban-users/active.php.
    Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/sitenamehere/public_html/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/core/modules/ban-users/class-itsec-ban-users.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear’)
