• A signup form I created using the Contact Form 7 widget is causing the never-ending screen when I try to log back into the page in Elementor. Once I log in using Safe Mode and remove the widget, the page is able to load just fine.

Also, I can’t change the text color in the After Submit Feedback styles. I change it to white and the confirmation message still displays in black/default.

(See form at the bottom of the page – the site is still under construction)

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @igar2k ,

Well, This issue is normally caused due to a website having low memory. You can check your memory limit by navigating to wp-admin -> Elementor -> System Info. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/WVKfum

Make sure to increase the memory limit. To increase the memory limit you will have to modify the wp-config.php file of yours. Just above this line ” /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */” add this following line of code:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

You would find the wp-config.php file under your WordPress directory.

You can also read this blog to modify the wp-config.php file: https://wpdeveloper.net/troubleshoot-preview-loading-error-elementor/

If that doesn’t work, please deactivate the Essential Addons elements you are not using especially the Dynamic Elements.

Let me know how it goes. Thank you!

Thank you @abidhasan112, I will try this out, quick question:

I have my current memory limit set at 256MB, shouldn’t this be enough? What memory limit would you recommend in order to fix?

    Thanks again.

    Hi @igar2k ,

Since the Essential Addons for Elementor has some remarkable dynamic elements, so we recommend using 512M on your website to fix this issue.

    Hope you understand.
    Thanks!

    Hi @abidhasan112,

I made the corrections and verified PHP memory is now up to 512M. However, the issue persists.

This is the only page where I keep getting the Safe Mode error. If I delete the block with the form, the problem goes away so it’s got something to do with the form.

I have two different forms on two other pages, but those work just fine. It’s just this particular form that freezes up my page.

    Any thoughts?
