Hello and a big Thank You for this great plugin.
I just built a new site with lots of filterable galleries.
Looks fab in Firefox, however on Chrome and Brave I see unavailable thumbnail images.
When I check “inspect” it says it’s a gallery item thumbnail with class gallery-item-thumbnail-wrap.
Can I remove this somewhere or add a transparent gif?
    Thank you for your help!
    kind regards,
    Anne

    Hi @annevisc

    I hope you are fine.

Well, if you are talking about this images, https://d.pr/v/qGYOX2, then I think you are using the gallery image in a different way, I mean you have added the image from the content section, not from the gallery image option, so the gallery thumbnail images are displayed as missing, please check the screencast, https://d.pr/v/48JfL5
However, if you want to use that way then those missing thumbnail images can be hidden by applying custom CSS. Let me know your thinking, I will share the custom CSS.

Thanks for your nice words regarding our plugin, a humble request to you, if you give us a rating for our plugin that will be great inspiration for us.

    Hello Amin,

I hope you are fine too, thank you!
And thank you for your help and quick reply.
I seem to have screwed up quite badly ?? Sorry about that.
I tried to replicate what you showed in the video, but can’t quite get the same visual result plus it would require a tremendous amount of work to do that for all galleries.
So if you have a CSS and can show me where to add that, I’d be very happy.
    Thank you so much!
    kind regards,
    Anne

    Hi @annevisc

Please use the following custom CSS

    .eael-filterable-gallery-item-wrap .eael-gallery-grid-item .gallery-item-thumbnail-wrap>img { display: none; }

You can simply add custom CSS by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize. After you are on the Customizer page, search for the “Additional CSS” option. You can then go ahead and insert CSS Code. Please check this screencast to learn more – https://d.pr/v/QrrfTw

Also, If you are using Elementor Pro, then you can use their custom CSS addition option.

After addition it should looks like this way, https://d.pr/v/iLFD81

Let me know how its going.

    Thanks
