Each Field cut on the left – Appearance form

Hi,

It seems I have issues with my forms. It used to work fine but I try to make a new form and all the fiels get cut off on the left.
I tried to make a dummy form and it seems it is a general problem.

I customized my forms with the Additional CSS but I don’t know what happened recently so that it would get cut off like this.
My theme is Avada.

Also, I would like to change the color of the description of my fields. The grey is hard to read on the blue.
