Each recipient received 65 emails instead of one

  • When our scheduled email went out, it sent 65 times and didn’t stop until we trashed the email campaign. Another person reported something similar. I just want to put this out there for anyone else who comes across it.

    The plugin was working fine, we’ve used it for over a year and now it’s not functioning properly. We’ll probably have to find a new plugin. I really like this plugin, but we can’t use it if it’s this glitchy.

    The author seems to not have a solution at this time.

    Sorry to hear about that. I use the plugin on several of my own sites and I’ve not encountered anything similar.

    For me to help you I’ll need to reproduce this on my end, which is why it is vital to provide more information and screenshots when seeking help.

    Like who are you sending the emails to, what type of campaign you’re sending. Your plugin and WordPress versions. Are you using SMTP or not.

    Your campaign settings under Settings > Send to.

    That way I can try to reproduce the issue on my end.
