Each user with own spreadsheet

Hi,
is it possible to create a spreadsheet for users (e.g. subscriber) so that each user has his own spreadsheet which he can edit.

I tried it and it seems like that e.g. subscriber do not have enough rights to edit a spreadsheet…
how can i change this?
