    Apologies, my bad. Now I can understand your point. You are talking about the live website and not the staging one.
    Please unhide the section in the thumbnail slider, it’s easy to check the issue, otherwise, it’s impossible to check.
    I can understand that this live webist you don’t want to leave the broken widget, so you can create another page and then send it to us.
    Also, check if there is a js error in the browser’s console, resolve that and then check.
