EAN for specific product

    I’m using this plugin in combination with the POS plugin, and all the EAN’s are working just fine except for one, can someone please help me with this?

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

    To be honest, I’m not really sure what could be the problem. Maybe it’s something in the EAN itself? Maybe you can post it here?
