    Make sure that your fee start and end dates are consecutive. i.e. for an event on Feb 14
    Early Fee Jan 1, 2012 – Jan 20, 2012
    Regular Fee Jan 20, 2012 – Jan 30, 2012
    Late Fee Jan 30 – Feb. 14, 2012
