    Hi
I’ve just installed BuddyPress, BP Classic and Youzify.
What do I need to set up in BP before I move to using Youzify?
Obviously I don’t want to be doing the same thing twice, so which steps can I skip and what *must* I do or can I skip everything in BP and go straight to Youzify?

    Hi @jasperdemann

Please do not install BP Classic as it’s not compatible with Youzify. Just install BuddyPress and Youzify. Please also check our documentation:

    Great, thanks.

So I just need to follow ‘Enable Required basic Buddypress Functions’ and then everything else is done through YOUZIFY?

I only installed BP Classic because I couldn’t get a feature in BP to work and that was the recommended fix.

If I deactivate it, Youzify would get all the functions to work correctly?

    Hi @jasperdemann

Yes, you just need ‘Enable Required basic Buddypress Functions’ and then everything else will work through Youzify.

Regarding the BP Classic, the only problem is, that if you enable it, you will no longer have the “Info” tab on the Profile Page. If you feel this tab is not important, you can activate BP Classic and run it with Youzify.
