Earning points calculation is not working

    In reference to your query, in order to get the points please make sure the order status has been marked as “completed”.

    Please run a test and make the order status as completed and check whether the points are receiving or not?

    If you are still not receiving the points, please connect with us over our support, so that we can check and fix your issue.
