Easiest Gallery Plugin & Great Support

I have tried several gallery plugins, and by far NextGEN Gallery is the easiest to use, given the many options it has. I have had excellent support from them, getting responses well after normal business hours.

This is really more like a 4.5-star review because there is one (glaring, in my opinion) flaw. I think the documentation is lacking. Many of the options for galleries have you asking yourself, “I wonder what that does?” It would be nice to be able to find out what it does without having to implement the option and looking at your site to see how it changed.
