We recommend using the official WordPress system for translation of plugins: https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/. However, you will need to wait until your translations are reviewed and approved by an editor. Editors work as volunteers, so it might take some time before they review and approve your translations. However, you can also apply to become an Editor yourself. After that, you will be able to approve the translations yourself.
If you don’t want to use the official translation system, you can try using translations plugins. For example, Loco Translate. Here is a tutorial how to use it: How to Translate CusRev using Loco Translate. Please note that we don’t recommend any particular translation plugin. Our recommendation is to use the official WordPress translation system as explained above.
