easing slider disables main menu navigation

The slider code:
<?php if ( function_exists( “easingsliderlite” ) ) { easingsliderlite(); } ?>disables main menu navigation when implemented in the heard.php file. But navigation works when it is removed. It is current implemented on the site https://www.cynosurecustomsigns.com.
Any help is much appreciated!
