    I fill contact form, and get email with PDF, but missing letter with Eastern European Character (?,?,?,?)

    I open PDF with Acrobat Reader

    How I can solve this problem

    Make sure you don’t have the flatten option enabled. Make sure the PDF file has the right font that can display the characters properly. Make sure the PDF file is not encrypted.

    I’ve had this problem with a number of people. Most people have solved this problem by rebuilding the file or re-saving it in Acrobat Pro.
