Easy and Effective

We decided to give cart recovery a go a couple of months ago and we tried a couple of options before settling on Jilt for Easy Digital Downloads.

It was super easy to set up and has great customisation options for the cart recovery emails themselves. It was very easy to get help from their team. Both Beka and Justin were there every time we needed them, plus they’re always open to suggestions and are constantly looking for ways to improve Jilt.

We’ve managed to maintain a solid percentage of carts recovered in the first two months, and we look forward to keep improving that in the near future ??
