Easy Contact Forms – Account suspended

  • I use the easy contact forms plugin but have received a message on my dashboard saying the account has been suspended. As this same message appears when you go their website (https://easy-contact-forms.com) I think this is a problem with the developers rather than with my account.

    The plug in is still working for now. Does this mean the plug in will soon stop working or does it just mean there will not be any support? I have asked on their support forum but no reply.

  • Don’t understand why this plugin is depending on https://easy-contact-forms.com to pay their hosting bill. I think we see the site suspend message because it’s an iframe. The forms are still working.

    Thank you, it does seem like it’s all still going to work. Long term I will need to find another plug in though which is a shame because I find their forms quite good. Thanks for your response ??
