instead of creating your newsletter from scratch, Mail poet has the unique feature of dragging and dropping existing posts from the content on your site to make it a snap.
Of course it maintains the existing features of doing it the old fashioned way if you want to add a text box and picture and the like as well.
Social bookmarking fields – just plop in your social ULR’s and it will take care of the coding.
It also includes auto unsubscribe features (the link at the bottom and it handles all the subscribe/unsubscribe technicalities) …
as well as view in browser option.one only needs to go pro after 2000 subscribers which is super handy for the one starting out, and a nice tradeoff once you start getting traffic to give back on the pro for a very reasonable price.
Of course you can always donate prior to going pro, should you so choose.
Mail Poet can handle multiple lists, If you are retail for example, such as sales, or new products, events – and you want to keep your sales newsletter separate from your events – then your customer can sign up for the newsletter(s) that pertain to them, and only get that stream. This way they are not bothered by sales if they only want to see new events.
Auto-pilot-newsletter option: Have a lot of content, but don’t want to fuss? There’s an autopilot mode that can be setup to scoop up the last 3,4,5 whatever you choose posts, and send them out to the list at your scheduled time (weekly, monthly etc)
