• Support for paid members has been terrible for me. Forms extremely complicated and if you provide all the extensive requested details, there has been no response to my questions.

    Now WordFence has alerted me that these two plugins (Contact Pro and Media Galery) appear to be malicous. Now I am waiting for my 3rd paid plugin instagram feed to be next.

    Very disappointing to pay for a plugin and fight to get help.

    I agree the support form is a real barrier. I don’t like issuing credentials unless we have worked through issues and questions to the point where this makes sense and is needed.

    But on the issue at hand. I also just saw my Wordfence alert about malicious code. Don’t know why it didn’t flag it before.

    Anyhow. I contacted support and got an answer. I did flag there were people like yourself waiting for answers on the forums. So maybe they will answer you directly eventually.

    This is what they said:

    Wordfence detect that files because base64 widely used by irresponsible people, but not with us. We can guarantee all files above is safe. Just add that files to Wordfence exception list.
