So the client of one of the sites I made recently wanted a survey form made. So I created a form in fast secure contact forms and set it up to be populate in an easy modal window. I’ve done this before and have it running on my site for my contact form link.

So I figured I could do it here, and it works. Problem is it seems to break my wysiwyg editor. when the easy modal plugin is activated I am unable to use it and the text editor is somewhat wonky too.

I am running the same versions of plugins and WordPress on my other site yet no errors. has anyone encountered this before? I just got done doing a manual update. no dice

    thx in advance

I have not seen this before. Can you get a list of plugins etc? Does disabling easy modal fix the problem? If so does leaving it enabled and all other plugins break it?

If not then it is most likely a conflict which i will need to track down and resolve.

Everything comes back when i disable the easy modal plugin.

here’s a link to an image that shows all the plugins

Did you try the second test? Disabling all other plugins besides Easy Modal and seeing if it is still broken?

    I just did same result

I have a similar problem. The wysiwyg editor works okay in Text mode but shows nothing when switching to Visual mode. The problem appeared after I installed the Easy Modal plugin and the editor works fine if I disable this plugin.

I have tested the latest version 1.2 on 4 different installations with varying amounts of other plugins installed. I have 0 issues using the editor not only on the pages/posts and CPTs but in the modal editor itself.

Would either of you be willing to create a temporary admin account for me to troubleshoot? Kind of hard to troubleshoot it from the outside.

danieliser? Posted e-mails give some of the moderators a spasm of pain. Me being one of them, it’s really discouraged. ??

Could you do me a favor and going forward can you direct people to your contact URL?

    Edited: Wrong recipient. ??

No no, it’s all good and you’re doing fine requesting support.

That’s just a request on my part. I really don’t like seeing e-mail addresses in these forums. ??
