Hey Silvana – How many modals do you have? If you have a lot i will have to give you a function to delete your theme and recreate it. There was an early bug that has been patched but affected users will continue to have issues even after it was fixed unfortunately.

If you dont have many modals you can do a reset.

Open each modal in a new tab/window. This way you can copy them or resave them after resetting. Same for theme.

Then go to Easy Modal -> Settings. First click Reset button. Then if you had an older version installed click Import.

Then go back and double check that your modals imported if you used that. Also go to theme and try saving changes in the spots that gave you problems before.

Now you can copy paste your other stuff back from the tabs you opened before.

    Hello Daniel,
thank you for your prompt response! Reset solved my problem thank you! I just haven’t understand how Import works, because it restored just 2 of all 3 modals?! 3rd I recreated manually.

Hey Silvanab, The import only imports modals that existed before v2 was installed. The way we store data has changed drastically so your old modsl are still in the db until later once we have fixed any further bugs.

Please take a moment to rate and review the plugin and or support https://www.ads-software.com/support/view/plugin-reviews/easy-modal

But how do we access the modals in the db? Please advise.
