    Hello @mochiejuns,
    thanks for posting your issue.

Something must be changed on the new server, could you please ask the provider which PHP version are they using?

Have you tried to uninstall and install the plugin?

Also, could you please send me a link? So I can check if there are any JavaScript errors.

    Thank you!
    Leonardo

hi thank you for reply, I already solved the problem its been conflict with the height that set with css. i dont quite understand but its already working, thank you @leonardo ?? marking as solved now

Similar problem, not fixed through css. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled easy panorama, I’ve deleted the shortcode and started fresh, still not working. I get a static picture with the error code underneath.

    I’m using the classic editor.

I use this on several pages. Here’s an example:

Update: Just tried creating a panoramic block in gutenburg – same provblem.

    Hi @fairhavencville,
I visited the link you provided, the panorama is working.

I’m using Chrome 68 for desktop.

    Did you fixed it?
    Thank you,
    Leonardo

    Hi Leonardo,

Thanks for the quick response. I’m using Windows 10, running Chrome 68, and Firefox 61. On both of them, I get a long, static image, then a gap, then the words “Scroll left/right to pan through panorama.”

It works great on my Android phone.

    Hello,
I just tested on Windows 10 – Chrome 68 / Firefox 61, using BrowserStack, the Panorama looks fine.

The failure message (“Scroll left/right to pan through panorama.”) is displayed when Paver is not initialized, such that users are not left in the dark in how to navigate/pan through the panorama. This message will appear in mobile devices with no gyroscopic data or no DeviceOrientationEvent support.

Are you using a touchscreen computer?

Sorry, responded to the email, not noticing it was a “noreply”

I’m using a Surface Pro with touch screen. Here’s a screen shot.

I’ve tried a friend’s computer, and it looks fine on that one. Is it just touch screens that are problems? Is there a work-around? More and more systems are touch screen.

    Thank you for your time!
