Easy PopUp Show 0.12 TroubleShoot

I am currently trying to add a pop up box to encourage new subscribers on my site. I’m a very new at this. (Two days ago I decided to create a website instead of just run a simple blog and now it’s up…but…)
If you go to my site: MommaShark.com, you can see that a blue screen comes up, but the pop up input box never shows…
Honestly, I figure I’m doing something wrong, because I have no idea what I’m doing. I downloaded the plug in, activated it, and then customized the pop up… but really I didn’t do anything else.
Please help! I have tried figuring it out all day and can’t seem to figure out what I am missing. (keep in mind, I’m very new at this, so all advice will probably have to over explained.)
