Easy scroll-to-top solution

I use this on a lot of installs. It’s super easy and pretty customizable. I think it could do with a few less JavaScript based options and just provide more CSS coder support instead. I’m big on using CSS properly and occasionally I have to spend some time doing tricks to get my CSS to overwrite Smooth Scroll Ups built-in CSS. This is particularly challenging with the transitions. Other than that, this plugin is a great time saver, and usually one I use automatically.
