    Hi,

There was indeed an issue with missing files in the plugin package. Thank you for notifying us about it.

We just released an update (1.0.1) that should fix the issue. Please let us know if it works or if there are any more issues.

    Hello,

I inform you to update the plugins and reinstalled it, but when I enter configurations it does not allow me to access the options. Appears in White. I attach images.

    Hi,

From what I can see on your screenshot, it looks like the BuddyPress plugin is not installed on your website. This plugin is not a standalone plugin, this is an add-on for BuddyPress so you need to install BuddyPress to make it work.

You can find and download BuddyPress here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/buddypress/

We have released update 1.0.2 that adds a notice and prevents loading the plugin when BuddyPress is not installed.

That should avoid any confusion in the future so I will go ahead and mark this ticket as resolved.
