Having played around with the plugin over the weekend I can see that it needs some refining. It’s a great plugin – many features on the free version however, some little tweaks here and there would be great.
There is a banner from the developers above the settings page that says they are to be doing some updates with the plugin soon, but here are just a few things that I can see that would help immensely.
– The ability to chnage the ‘shop manager’ title that’s displayed on messages
– The ability to style to the refund request and message forms – even if it’s just colous
– The ability to customize the pop up message that says the refund request has been sent. Also this pop up disappears way too quickly!
– When the messages page is refreshed the last message is repeated
– The ability to delete messages and to disallow/stop profanity in messages
– When a product is refunded via the admin using the button ‘refund via woopayments’ if later on the same order status is changed to refunded the refund goes through again but adds onto the order total!!
