• I love defender and use it in all my sites. Easy to setup. Theres a wizard if you don’t want to go through each and every step. It doesn’t slow down my sites at all. Not even the site hosted on shared server. Lightning fast!

Would buy gladly if you can make it possible to setup 2FA on the front end. Don’t want users to see the backend.

  • Hello @doywil

    Thank you for your feedback!

The 2FA options will need to be accessible to a user from the front-end to enable and disable it. This means a page, with 2FA settings will have to be added on the front end of a site.

On the other hand, please let us know, are you using a plugin to allow users to log in and manage their account on the front end? If it is a famous plugin or theme, we could review it and check if there is a possibility to integrate it.

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

I mean, it will be good if the 2fa setup is available as core part of the plugin.

Since you asked, I’m using Buddypress plugin on 3 of the sites I manage. Themes are different for each site.

    Hello @doywil

Really appreciate your reply back. If this will be developed it will be a core part of the plugin. Will you be willing to set up 2FA page and create a menu on the front end, where your users will be able to enable or disable 2FA?

In case of integration with a plugin, like Buddypress, or any other famous plugin these menus would be possible to add automatically.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
