I’m not at all sure what you might have run into the first time around — I can’t say I’ve seen that issue before. But I’m sorry that happened! If by any chance you were able to find out what caused that to happen, or have any ideas of what might have been different on the second try, could you please let me know? That way we could potentially try to replicate the issue and see if there’s something we can improve on our end.
