Easy to use, complete and fantastic support

Hi,

I found this plugin by accident while searching for a chat to add in my website. I’m not a tech savvy and don’t like to spend hours in setting a feature, at beginning I was afraid to use a new component but after installing I discovered this plugin works exactly how promised just out of the box.

Thanks a lot for this great contribute in developing such useful plugin.
But isn’t all, I contacted the support and how promised they gave me a free pro license for creating the plugin translation in my language. Honestly, they created a great plugin and also offer a good and friendly support. After more than one year using this plugin I’m very satisfied for the quick update whenever wordpress release a new version but also the support is very top level. I had a weird issue due to my obsolete plugin version and in a matter of hours they solved the problem.
