Easy to use and configure – good support as well

I installed this plugin looking for something that would work across multiple screen sizes for a simple “pop-up” box to prompt visitors to subscribe to our email list. It was EASY to setup and use, but I had an issue with my caching configuration that required the pop-up to be closed with each page load (UNACCEPTABLE). I posted a quick note on the support forum and within 12 hours the author responded with some input and ultimately to a full fix. Great plugin, great support.
