Easy to use and fantastic support!

SPAI has been super easy to setup on my website and it practically works from the get go. I was a bit worried the optimization would significantly reduce the quality of my photos as I upload relatively high resolution photos, but I can’t even notice a difference. Most of my images are optimised down from 15mb to 2-3mb at full resolution without a noticeable decrease in quality. The pricing plan is relatively inexpensive for my needs and totally worth the few dollars a month.

I was also extremely impressed with their support. I reached out to see if they could give me some tips on getting SPAI to work with the lightboxes for my theme but they went the extra mile to troubleshoot the issue and added support to SPAI for the theme I was using. Not only that, but they did this all within a period of a couple of days and with frequent contact to ensure they could troubleshoot the issue without interrupting development of my website.
