Easy to Use and Good Support for Members

Overall I have found PaidMembershipsPro (PMP) to be very easy to use. It includes quite a few add-ons including an integration with MailChimp, the functionality to use both Stripe and PayPal (Express) for payment gateways, and even cool features like dropdowns that include country, state, province, etc. for the billing information just to name a few. I find it to be quite comprehensive.

Additionally, PMP is frequently sending out updates and “how to” posts. The Members Support is excellent through its paid service. Considering what a developer typically charges per hour, PMP’s fee is very reasonable and affordable. They have helped with quite a few custom code snippets for the plugin for our website. These are very easy to add through PMP’s Customization plugin.

I do not know PHP at all and only have an intermediate understanding of HTML and CSS. PMP support has always been helpful even though this is not my area of expertise.
