Easy to use and in general very satisfied

  • I′m VERY happy with this easy to use plugin.
    To become extraordinary happy I would like some trouble issues, I have, to be fixed or a guide to solutions that are easy to follow and work ??

    1. I have some issues with shop attributes not being translated unless I refresh my browser window? (might though not be the fault of the plugin, but browser related) :/ …Still, it would be extraordinary if the solution for this would be an extra benefit to the use of the plugin ??
    2. Viewing my site as admin I can see price translation of my product site working, but not when logging out?
    3. The translation of text to my Images does also not work?
    4. I have just received a very quick response to how I can make my site start in my translated language, which first didn’t seem to work but now does on Google Chrome THANKS – but unfortunately not on Safari? Again would be extraordinary to get help here as well and I’m currently waiting for an answer in the help forum. ????

    I am highly thankful for the existing of this amazing plugin and cross my fingers that improvements/solutions can be made to fix all my problem issues. ????

    I have not asked for help on all issues yet in the forum, so a reply solution on them all here would make me extraordinary happy! ??

    Thank you for your kind words and feedback.

    We recommend you open forum tickets in the future if possible.

    Regarding 1 and 2 it’s probably a caching issue. Make sure you clear your cache.

    For 3. please open a forum ticket with a link to the page where this is happening and what text doesn’t work to be translated. If you can’t select it, search for it in the dropdown with all the strings in the Translation Editor.

    4.It’s still possible it’s a caching issue. Try to clear your cache and try again.
