The team at Origin worked tirelessly to fix the bugs and after a few exchanges it works perfectly. Thank you Origin for sticking with it and now you have a happy customer.

First, it’s easy to set up a form. Features are good but cannot be accessed even when purchasing PRO version. For example Advanced email option. When building forms the glitchiness happens when you add an image or format a custom text box to H1 and or color and you add another custom text box or image the previous custom boxes revert to <p> and sometimes the image disappears. Another issue is the file upload button. It sends pdf attachments to admin email but not other file formats such as dwg.
Second, Customer service has been slow to answer these questions. If they can’t help with these then I’ll have to request refund. Hopefully it doesn’t come to this.
