• The plugin is very easy to implement, works well on the site, and the support team is not only quick to respond but also very helpful and also take suggestions and requests on-board, and then action them!

    I have written support tickets to many developers recently with questions and issues, and only two have responded within a couple of days – one was a bit unhelpful and left me with no real answers, and the other was Yikes which was fantastic. Crickets from everyone else!!! While the product is obviously important, it’s value is reduced if it is not backed up with quality Support, and the Yikes team provide both. Thanks.

    By the way, for those wondering about Mailchimp… I have used various mailing list services over the years, and I have found Mailchimp to be the best by far, not only for what it does, but they also have fantastic support and documentation, and they are funny as well – I often find their little messages make me laugh. And it’s free for up to 2,000 subscribers. Great for those with smallish lists and on small budgets! I never use anything else. Highly recommended!

    So thanks to those who make mailchimp integrations, such as Yikes! Good choice.
