I downloaded and activated this plugin as a precautionary safeguard, as I was migrating several installs, and I wanted an easy way to back-up everything in the even that something went wrong. Being new to WP, I was not familiar with how to use the plugin. It is very straightforward and easy to use, and within moments, I had all content backed-up & downloaded both locally and within a third-party storage. To ensure I had done everything properly, I followed up with customer service, outlining what I had done. I received a diligent responses that was both thorough and easy to understand.
