This is a very easy-to-use plugin. The support is fantastic. Even with the free version you will be able to create tooltips and a glossary in “no-time”. The widget gives your audience a very nice overview of all terms used on your webpage.
Combined with ultimate CSV import, you can easily import hundreds of terms at once.
