Easy TOC Widget Needs Scroll Capability

I have an Easy Table of Contents widget floating to the right of my blog article. However, the article is very long, and there are so many headers that the TOC flows off the bottom of the page.

Unfortunately, there is no scroll capability on the TOC widget, so the bottom part is hidden off the bottom of the page until you scroll past the entire article.

Can you add relatively easily a scrollbar to the Easy TOC Widget to allow scrolling of it so I can use it to navigate to all the parts of my article?

Or, add collapsible headings or something else like that?
