    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The error means that your API access is blocked by Amazon. If these are old API keys, then can you let us know if you have generated at least 3 confirmed sales in the last 30 days?

    I am on amazon affiliate from one year and I have given them thousand of sales.

    I have just created keys after purchasing easyazon plugin. I haven’t created before api keys

    Please do not use our forums (and Slack!) for premium support.
    Communicate with plugin author with the channels they have specified for pro support. (Their site/ticket system/ etc).
