ebay account suspended

    Hi,

    My account on eBay has been suspended already 2 times when I tried to verify the product with WP Lister. Once yesterday, then I had to call ebay today to reenable my account. Afterwards today again.
    I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I actually reuse now an older ebay account (I renamed it, changed the address, email address etc.). Maybe this is what eBay doesn’t like?

    Thanks for contacting support.

    Have you spoken with eBay about why your account was suspended? Surely it should not be anything related to WP-Lister or we would have other users running into this problem as well. It likely is due to some eBay policy you may be violating.

    Do you receive any messages about violation of eBay policies when you list with WP-Lister?

    If not, you should reach out to eBay seller support and ask them why that is happening.

    No, the only message I got that the token was taken back by the application.
    I see the following errors

    Error: (#90002)
    soap-fault: Dieses Token wurde durch die Anwendung widerrufen.

    Error: (#21916013)
    Dieses Token wurde durch die Anwendung widerrufen. Der Benutzer muss den „Auth & Auth-Consent-Flow-Vorgang” erneut vollständig durchführen, um ein gültiges Token zu erzeugen.

    I also get this now

    Hi @kiscsiszu,

    Please try this, browse to the “accounts” page of WP-Lister, mouse over your account and click “Edit” then on the edit page click the “Screen settings” in the top right hand corner and enable the “Developer options” setting. Then scroll down to the “Token” field and delete everything in the field and save.

    Then fetch a new token.

    In the meantime I talked with eBay too. So far not much progress. We listed my items again manually and now the account works. E.g. https://www.ebay.at/itm/393115989868
    We wanted to verify if my items violate eBay policy or WP-Lister causes the problem.
    So far it is working. Something must be wrong when I list through wp-lister. But currently eBay also didn’t provide information what is the problem.
    I am thinking about to create a full new account on eBay. But I am running out of ideas.
