ebay, amazon and shop orders in one place?

  • Im new to this plugin, ive got someone that is sure there ebay and woocommerce shop orders where all showing in the same place, in the woo commerce orders tab, now the woo commerce orders tab just shows there orders and the ebay orders are under amazon and ebay, marketplace orders, when theres a sale on ebay it appears to be correcting the stock level as it should though, can anyone point me in the right direction to get them appears in once place again? thanks

    Via this forum, we are only able to give you generic advice as we are unsure which site is yours, so we can’t give an answer taking your specific circumstances such as order settings into account. We recommend raising a support request either via the orange Support button in the app or by emailing [email protected]

    Whether or not marketplace orders (eBay and/or Amazon) end up in WooCommerce depends on the Send Orders setting at the bottom of the Marketplace Orders tabs. You can see whether or not an order has been sent to WooCommerce in the Send Status column.

    Within the Marketplace Orders section, there are separate tabs for eBay and Amazon. It is not possible to show both eBay and Amazon orders on the same screen. If they are all sent to WooCommerce though, they will be on the WooCommerce orders screen together with your web orders. If you are not seeing all the orders in Marketplace Orders you may have a filter active. Check the filter icons in the column headers to see if there is an active filter.

    i think you might have solved the issue there anyway thanks ?? will test now and if theres any other issues i will email, cheers
