eBay Expected Ship By Date

    Hello and good day.

    What is the recommended way to adjust or control the “Expected Shipping Date” for ebay?

    I have entered a 5 day handling time, however, the ebay orders are stating shipping should be next day and expreded date is 12 days from the shipping date.

    Is there a way to adjust these settings?

    Hi @rayeason

    The only thing that would change that is the handling time.

    If you are finding that the eBay estimate is wrong, you would need to speak with eBay about that.

    One thing to check if you are using shipping policies is to see if you set a handling time in the shipping policy on eBay.

    If you did, edit that, refresh your account details on the accounts page of WP-Lister, and revise the listings.
