eBay for Woocommerce

  • Hi all,

    Waiting to hear back from the ebay developers so thought I’d ask here as well. I’ve got the eBay for Woocommerce plugin installed on my website but I’m having a bit of trouble getting it to list to eBay, I’ve connected up the PayPal and eBay account both in Woocommerce and on the eBay account page, I’ve got all of the API credentials and stuff and followed the tutorials but it’s giving me a 120 error which says that something is missing but I’m at a loss trying to find what is actually missing, everything says it’s linked up and it doesn’t actually tell me what is missing just that “something is missing”. Anybody had this before and could shed some light?

  • If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Thanks Jacob, I’ve sent WP Lab a message for support on it, I spoke to eBay themselves and they just said to contact wordpress which didn’t really help. I’ll post here with my findings if I get this sorted.
