    Hi
    When listing my verified products the listing thumbnail is unable to generate. The rest of the listing is showing without any issues.
    Any help is much appreciated!

    I am happy to help you today.

    When a thumbnail does not show but the main image and gallery images work, that is typically an error with eBay’s servers. So the first thing I would recommend is to wait 24 hours and then see if it is fixed.

    If after 24 hours it is not cleared up, I would ask you to submit a ticket here: Support Form and provide us with your dashboard URL, admin login credentials, and a sample SKU to examine.

    I have tried again and still have this issue:

    Click the ‘retry’ button to have us copy your file again or revise your listing to change your picture.

    Error We weren’t able to copy your picture. The server containing your image was unavailable when we tried to retrieve it.

    I have spoken to ebay:

    “I’ve checked this for you and can see that there is no issue from our end. In this case, you’ll need to get in touch with wp-lister team and they’ll be able to help you with this.”

    Hello zerodotnine.

    Can you please try using the “Clear EPS Cache” option that can be found in the bulk action drop down menu on the listings page of WP-Lister, then try revising again?

    If that does not work, then please submit a ticket in our support form that I linked above and provide us with the information I requested.
