ECAE creates several problems

  • I finally got the settings adjusted so the plugin usually works. But I am seeing some problems and hoping they are fixable. My site is updated to WP 5.5 and PHP 7.3. It uses the Oshine theme from brandexponents.

    * ECAE makes the entire hero section and any padding/margin below it disappear on the main Blog List page. (At first, I also lost the content of my entire static home page, but adjusting ECAE settings fixed it.)

    * Some images in the list and Archives are distorted or not displaying at all.

    * Posts formatted as Gallery Posts, Image Posts and Audio Posts lose their excerpts entirely and only show titles. Audio Posts also lose their embedded player, but Video Posts work as expected and retain their excerpt.

    Is there any way to fix these problems? I like the plugin and it seems to work otherwise. Thank you for your help!
