eCards/Tributes emails not being sent

    Working on an issue for a client. When opting to send an eCard/Tribute when making a donation, the eCard should be sent to the specified recipient upon form submission. I checked the outgoing mail logs, and there is nothing attempting to send to the specified address. I am able to manually send the eCard in the wp-admin dashboard with no problem and it goes right to the INBOX. Any thoughts?
