    thanks for this excellent plugin.

    Widgets lock is good, even if it’s in beta release (2.0), but sometimes page is not reloaded, if these beta checkbox AND “reload page” checkbox are checked together.

    I have two simple requests, if it’s possible:

    1) A semi-transparent banner option (here is an example: https://www.ilmessaggero.it)

    2) An option to set the banner on bottom, for several sites I think it’s better, and I have an heavy Google Pagespeed penalization setting the banner on top.

    It’s still in beta because we have to test it better.

    Reloading page is only for previous version (1.2.x), now you don’t need to reload the page because all scripts are pushed in DOM after the click (or scroll).

    1 – We are developing code for customizing CSS, It will be available in future release, in the next one there will be 3 standard templates.

    2 – Yes, it will be in the next version (2.1.0), however this plugin doesn’t make your site slower because the banner is created by JavaScript only when the page is completely loaded, the code is inline at the end of </body>, it is pagespeed friendly, if you have some issues please type here the link to your page and I will analyze it.

    Hi Enea,

    as I now temporarily set my website for you (with beta widgets option ON, and refresh page OFF), you will see that not every widget will reload correctly after clicking “Chiudi” on banner (please observe “VIEW DEL MERCATO” widget behaviour on the left sidebar).

    1 – ok

    2 – Google Pagespeed gives me 95/83 without banner, 66/81 with banner.

    I tested the new version, you done a good work with templates. If I enable the new option to block every widget and so on… not the deprecated ones… this not works on my site, I believe.

    About Google Pagespeed: sadly test results remain 66/81, even with a small template located on the bottom.

    We are using WP-Rocket. Other server-side optimizations: BJ Lazy Load and AutoOptimize. Our CDN is CloudFlare.

    Try this way:
    deactivate all plugin and try
    if it works activate one pluigin at time and try
    if it doesn’t work activate standard theme and try
