échec d’abonnement – subscription failure

    hello, I put the link to the site but it is on the coming soon page for the moment and I noticed problems during my optimization tests.
    if I enter an email to simulate a subscription, it says subscription failure, contact the administrator. but everything is ok in my dashboard, api key and refreshed mailchimp list. only the domain name is not connected but that shouldn’t be a problem?

    si j’inscris un mail pour simuler un abonnement, il est indiqué le message d’érreur suivant: échec d’abonnement, contactez l’administrateur.
    or tout est ok dans mon tableau de bord, clé api et la list mailchimp rafra?chie. seul le nom de domaine n’est pas connecté mais cela ne devrait pas poser de problème?

    Hi,

    Is there any error in the log on MailChimp for Wp > Other?

    Or if the log is empty, can you set it to “log everything” and then test the form again and see if anything shows up in the log?

    thank you for your reply, in MailChimp for Wp i hadn’t seen the> miscellaneous tab and thought it was enough to fill in the links in the plugin homepage, having already filled everything in mailchimp. Thanks, my form is working, now

    @angeline49 I recommend you make your own post instead of replying to another post, and that you include a link to where we can see the form on your site.

    Note that we can only help you if you use our plugin MailChimp for WordPress to make the form. From the error I’m thinking you may be using something else.
