eCheque payments are marked as processing

    hey guys, can you fix the plugin so that echeque or any kind of pending payment doesnt mark the order as processing otherwise shipping platforms will pickup the order and it will end up being processed, just lost $179 because someone’s echeque payment was ‘pending’ and shipping platform took it and shipped the item then 4 days later, the payment shows failed

    Hi @extremist87

    We will look into making a change to the plugin so that if the payment is pending as a result of the payment method type, the order status will be set to on-hold as the default status.

    yes thanks, and then when the payment clears, it should send a web hook event to the website to mark it as processing, or if the payment fails, it should cancel the order and refund nothing

    The scenario where an eCheck results in the order’s status being set to on-hold will be included in the next release of the plugin coming out this week.
