ECM certification

hi, I was thinking of using your PRO service to manage my client’s webinars.
I would however like to know if your system:
– offers certification for the release of ECM credits (checking the video viewing time, the number of questions answered ..)
– allows you to review ondemand webinars or download them
– upload the pdf files to the webinar
